Java Plug-in

The Java Plug-in is not installed. CMS will not start until one of the supported Java Plug-ins is installed on your PC.

Note: You must have a network connection to your PC so that you can download the Java; Plug-in from Cisco Connection Online (CCO) or other approved download sites.

Windows and Solaris support these plug-in versions. You are only required to download one Plug-in (click link to download):

Download one of the supported Java Plug-in files to your local PC, double-click the file and follow the prompts to install the plug-in. Uninstall older versions of the Java Plug-ins before installing the new one.

Note: You must close and reopen your browser after installing the Java Plug-in.
