 Changes from v0.15:

Continue fix for External Call Forward to prevent DOC from triggering if "6" is dialed.

Added check in CP_DIGIT handler:

if (pMsg->event.cpDigit.digitDirection == M_INBOUND_DIGITS) {

This is for digits seen at the DP, and ensures that they are from the target set, not from the doorphone

Limitations:

A doorphone call is not allowed to be externally call forwarded. In all of these cases the call will be disconnected. Depending on the situation a brief ringing may occur before the call is dropped. Externally call forwarding a doorphone destination device is not recommended nor supported.
