System Impact: Time to apply is 20 minutes, two reboots are required

Limitations: The Voice Alarm Monitor service is stopped during the application of this patch. Any alarms generated during this time will go unreported

o Addition of alarms 336 and 372 for DTI MBM

o Core Telephony logevent 135 is reported in the NT Event Application Log
