The following issue is addressed:

1. SIP trunks locking up after Core Upgrade

   Issue Fixed:
   After upgrading Core Telephony to version 6.18 or later, any SIP VoIP trunk
   call that is released by the user on the BCM will cause a trunk to lockup.
   Every second call will fail. This patch resolves this issue.
