Description:

The following issues are addressed.

1. Doorphone on a BCM 400, 3.6 does not function properly 
   The doorphone was not working properly. It would either beep without 
   unlocking the door or fail to beep completely. The previous use of 
   that Doorphone resulted in the call being forwarded to a VoiceMail 
   box.  There was an interaction issue between the Doorphone and 
   VoiceMail such that the call would never end (i.e. be torn down).  
   Subsequent attempts to use the Doorphone after this would result in 
   the issue as described above.

   This patch resolves the interaction such that the call between 
   Voicemail and Doorphone would be terminated after a pre-determined 
   timeout (i.e. 30 seconds).

Continue fix for External Call Forward to prevent DOC (Door Opening 
Controller) from triggering if "6" is dialed. Added check in CP_DIGIT 
handler for digits seen at the DP, and ensures that they are from the 
target set, not from the doorphone.
