The following issue is addressed:

1. Unable to program or view telephony services
  It is reported that certain tree nodes in Unified Manager,
  such as Services->Telephony Services are not expanding when 
  used with JRE 1.6 in Windows Vista/2000/XP. This update 
  resolves this issue.

1. BCM400 - LAN2 DHCP problem
   This update resolves the problem of being unable to get an IP address from 
   the DHCP server on LAN2. The problem was due the UT1 driver being disabled 
   by a patch to resolve Q01220182 and DHCP server was bound to mspQoS 
   virtual adapter over UT1 interface. The solution is to disable DHCP server 
   bindings with mspQoS virtual adapter over UT1.

1. BCM 3.6 - DTMF Tones not recognized by BCM Call Pilot when simultaneously 
   received both in-band and out-of-band 
   This patch introduces a new drop-down combo box on the page 
   Services->IP Telephony->IP Trunks->H323 Trunks->Local Gateway IP Interface, 
   with the label "Ignore in-band DTMF in RTP". The drop-down combo box has two 
   options, "Enabled" and "Disabled" (default). Using this setting, Voice CTI 
   decides to ignore or to consider the in-band DTMF digits received over a 
   VoIP call.

1. The BCM can be used as a DHCP server for a CSE1000. We can change
   option 128 in the Global settings in the DHCP page of Unified Manager 
   to use port 4100 instead of 7000. This works, but when you reboot 
   the BCM, the option changes back to port 7000.

2. This fix displays a message for the user to reboot the BCM whenever
   BCM DHCP config is changed from server to relay agent or vice versa. 
   This reboot message is needed due to the fix for the CR Q00979221, 
   which had changes in mspQoS to do some special processing when BCM 
   is relay agent.
