             update applied if they are experiencing any of the issues that are corrected.
             There is no need to schedule specific maintenance to apply this upgrade if
             there are no reported issues. In those cases, systems should be updated
             at the next regular service opportunity.

Description:

The following issues are addressed:

1.  MSC does not come up quickly enough after a power cycle.
    Symptom was that core took too long to come up after a power cycle as 
    there were too many routes (43) and destination codes (434) configured. This resulted in
    MscService timing out after waiting 10 minutes for the core to boot up. A soft 
    reboot after the core has come up was required to bring the BCM to an operational
    state.
    This update corrects the problem by increasing the core timeout value in 
    MscService from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
