Installation Recommendations: This patch is required by BCM 3.7 and SRG 1.0 based on BCM 3.7 systems
   in Western Australia. Existing installations in Western Australia should have this update applied
   if they are experiencing any of the issues that are corrected. There is no need to schedule 
   specific maintenance to apply this upgrade if there are no reported issues. In those cases, 
   systems should be updated at the next regular service opportunity.

The following issues are addressed:

1. Call Pilot Unified Messages show incorrect time in Western Australia during Daylight Saving Time.
    Daylight saving time has just recently (December 3, 2006) been introduced into Western Australia.
    This fix allows BCM 3.7 systems set to this Time Zone to correctly adjust the system clock for 
    DST. A referendum in 2009 will determine whether to continue to apply DST, so a subsequent patch
    may be required at that time if further changes are made to the DST regimen.
