If the Personal Call Manager has previously been installed on your personal computer or the personal computers of your BCM6.0 users to work with BCM200, BCM400 or BCM1000 systems, then you will need to uninstall the client(s) and reinstall the equivalent client supplied with BCM6.0.

To remove the earlier version of the client, use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature on the user's computer. For more information, please refer to the client documentation.
Keycode Required

A keycode is required on the BCM in order to be able to use this application.

PCM (Personal Call Manager) is a TAPI application that provides an easy yet powerful interface to your BCM telephone. With Personal Call Manager you can manage your calls from your computer. Some of the functions you can do with Personal Call Manager are:

  • Make Calls
  • Answer Calls
  • Screen Calls (If Calling ID Facilities Are Available)
  • Redial Telephone Numbers
  • Conference Calls
  • Transfer Calls
  • Hold/Unhold calls
  • Forward and Cancel Forward Your Phone
  • Set Your Phone to Do Not Disturb
  • Manage Your Own Personal Contact List

Personal Call Manager is designed to work with your telephone. Your telephone speaker (using handsfree) or headset is still required for speaking with the caller.

Personal Call Manager may be run on the following operating systems:

  • Windows XP Professional SP3
  • Windows Vista Business, Ultimate, Enterprise 32 bit
  • Windows 2008 Standard and Enterprise SP2
  • Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, Enterprise 32 bit
