Installing Multimedia Contact Center on an agent's computer:

You must install the Multimedia Contact Center software on each Multimedia Contact Center agent computer. The Multimedia Contact Center software uses the Java™ runtime environment (JRE). This component must be installed on each agent’s PC. JRE is freely distributed by Sun Microsystems, Inc. provided that you read and agree to Sun Microsystems’ license agreement. Make sure your JRE is up-to-date (version 1.5.x). If you have an older JRE (version 1.4.x, 1.3.x or older) and insist on keeping it, you must install the Java Secure Socket Extension (JSSE), also available from java.sun.com. You can download the latest version of JRE from java.sun.com. .
