The following issues are addressed:

1. Military Tones not recognized by CP AA on BCM4.0
   When an incoming call is answered by the Auto Attendant, the
   call is not routed to the assigned Auto Attendant when the "A" tone is 
   received. This acts as an activation patch for BCM 4.0 systems to enable 
   handling of the military digit.
