The following issue is addressed:

1. FES Router alarms on busy system

   On busy systems the Fast Ethernet Switch may fail to respond to the periodic queries from the Platform Status Monitor (PSM). This resulted in erroneous alarms suggesting that the router (whether present or not) might be defective, and that a LAN port has gone down. This patch corrects that behavior.

Description: While using NetIQ AppManager to monitor a BCM50, the Memory and CPU Statistics will differ from what is shown using BCM Monitor. If NetIQ AppManager is monitoring a BCM50 that has an APC Smart UPS 750 connected, the system can become unstable. This patch corrects both issues.
