PCM (Personal Call Manager) is a TAPI application that provides an easy yet powerful interface to your BCM50 telephone. With Personal Call Manager you can manage your calls from your computer. Some of the functions you can do with Personal Call Manager are:

  • Make Calls
  • Answer Calls
  • Screen Calls (If Calling ID Facilities Are Available)
  • Redial Telephone Numbers
  • Conference Calls
  • Transfer Calls
  • Hold/Unhold calls
  • Forward and Cancel Forward Your Phone
  • Set Your Phone to Do Not Disturb
  • Manage Your Own Personal Contact List

Personal Call Manager is designed to work with your telephone. Your telephone speaker (using handsfree) or headset is still required for speaking with the caller.

Note: The LAN CTE and BCM TSP must be installed on your computer for Personal Call Manager to function. It also requires Microsoft's TAPI 2.1 or higher, which is a standard component for Windows systems supported by BCM50
