If the Personal Call Manager has previously been installed on your personal computer or the personal computers of your BCM50 users to work with BCM200, BCM400 or BCM1000 systems, then you will need to uninstall the client(s) and reinstall the equivalent client supplied with BCM50.
To remove the earlier version of the client, use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature on the user's computer. For more information, please refer to the client documentation. |

PCM (Personal Call Manager) is a TAPI application that provides an easy yet powerful interface to your BCM50 telephone. With Personal Call Manager you can manage your calls from your computer. Some of the functions you can do with Personal Call Manager are:

Personal Call Manager is designed to work with your telephone. Your telephone speaker (using handsfree) or headset is still required for speaking with the caller.
Note: The LAN CTE and BCM TSP must be installed on your computer for Personal Call Manager to function. It also requires Microsoft's TAPI 2.1 or higher, which is a standard component for Windows systems supported by BCM50
