How to install this PEP: --------------------------- Make sure you are installing this PEP on a server that is running CallPilot 3.0 (build 03.03.06.02, or CallPilot Manager 03.03.06.02(on a stand alone web server). If you are installing this PEP on a CallPilot server or a stand alone web server running CallPilot Manager: In order to install the CallPilot Manager update: - Launch the cpmgrsetup.exe application to start the installation of the CallPilot Manager software. The application can be found in the ..\CP300S00G10C\CallPilotManagerInstall folder. If you are installing this PEP on a CallPilot server: - Launch the runme.exe to register the new software in the DMI viewer. The runme executable can be found in the ..\CP300S00G10Cfolder. - On either a CallPilot Manager standalone web server, or a CallPilot server a reboot is required before the server can be brought back into service. Uninstall: ---------- Go to Start>Programs>CallPilot>System Utilities>PEP Maintenance Utility. Click Show PEPs. Select CP300S00G10C, and click Remove.
