To use desktop messaging and My CallPilot, the following software and hardware is required. For additional details about system requirements, refer to the Desktop Messaging and My CallPilot Installation Guide (555-7101-503).
Operating system - Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows XP
E-mail client - A supported e-mail client is required on Windows computers for desktop messaging.
Audio player - To play voice messages from a desktop messaging e-mail client, an audio player that can play WAV files is required. To record voice messages, CallPilot Player is required. CallPilot Player is automatically installed with desktop messaging.
Fax viewer - To view faxes on a Windows computer, Imaging for Windows or an image viewer that can display TIFF-F files is required. Imaging for Windows is usually installed with Windows versions previous to Windows XP.
Web browser - To use My CallPilot, one of the web browsers listed below is required. JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.

Netscape Navigator 6.2
To play messages using the computer, a sound card and speakers or headphones are required. To record messaging using the computer, a microphone is also required.
