Administering mailboxes at a remote location

You can use the same process to add mailboxes to a remote server that you use to add mailboxes to the local server. CallPilot provides a Remote User Template that eliminates unnecessary data collection fields.

To set up a complete directory of all mailbox owners in the network without a the labor of creating remote users manually, use the Remote User Template and the CallPilot Auto Admin feature.

Limitations

• You cannot add both local and remote mailboxes in one Auto Admin operation.

• You cannot assign administrative privileges to mailbox owners on a remote server.

• You cannot provide spoken names for remote mailboxes.
