The Language Source Directory and Language Installation pages in the Configuration Wizard enable you to
install or reinstall (upgrade) Prompt or Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) languages
The changes to languages
are implemented only after you successfully complete the Configuration
Wizard.
Configuration Wizard > Configuration Mode > Keycode and Serial Number > Feature Verification > Server Information > Password Information > Multimedia Allocation > Switch Information > CDN Information > Language Source Directory
Follow the instructions on the Configuration Wizard pages until you reach the Language Source Directory page.
In the Language Source Directory page, do one of the following steps:
If the CallPilot Languages CD is inserted in the CallPilot server, specify Z: (the CD-ROM drive letter) in the Language CD Location box.
If you are using a CallPilot Languages CD that is in another server, specify the path to the root directory of the CallPilot Languages CD.
Click Next.
The Language Installation page
appears.
Ensure
that you refer to the appropriate columns for Prompt or Automated Speech
Recognition languages, as follows:
The (Re)Install column to the right of the Prompts Installed(?) column applies to the Prompt languages.
The (Re)Install column to the right of the Automated Speech Recognition Installed(?) column applies to the Automated Speech Recognition languages.
To install or reinstall (upgrade) a language,
click the check box for that language under (Re)Install.
Your selection instructs CallPilot to install the language if it is
not present, or to reinstall (upgrade) the language if it is already installed.
A
reinstall is the same as an upgrade. For example, if you have an updated
CallPilot Language CD with a new version of a particular language, choose
(Re)Install to upgrade to the
new version.
In the Primary Language box, choose the primary language from the drop-down list.
In the Secondary Language box, choose the secondary language (if applicable) from the drop-down list.
