Administrator cannot log on to CallPilot Manager

If the Administrator cannot log on to CallPilot Manager, verify the following:

  1. The web server is running and is correctly configured.

  2. If CallPilot Manager displays the message "Failed to connect to the CallPilot server...", try pinging CallPilot server from the web server to verify the connection to the CallPilot server.

  3. If CallPilot Manager displays the message "Failed to authenticate the account. Check your information and try again.", verify the mailbox number and password. If you are using NMS, enter the correct location name.

Note/Tip You can use pcAnywhere to operate the server as if you were directly connected to it. For more information, refer to the CallPilot Administrator's Guide (555-7101-301).
