If there is a Ring no answer (call not routed to CallPilot) then:
Verify that both the MLink and the ACCESS Link are up and operational
Ensure that all voice ports are ‘Acquired Login’ on SCCS
Check all relevant configurations (Meridian 1,
CallPilot, or SCCS)
