Mailbox Class of Service (MCOS)

The classification of users on Meridian Mail to make administration easier. MCOS enables the administrator to modify user characteristics by modifying a class instead of modifying the properties of each user, one at a time.

The Meridian Mail Class of Service differs from the Meridian 1 class of service, which associates users with different telephony restriction classes.

For CallPilot, this concept has been replaced by the mailbox class.
