Format

In CallPilot Manager and My CallPilot (RN target DN) setup, a star (*) or a comma (,) or a (#) indicates a two-second pause.

Characters following the first number-sign (#) are processed separately. Any star (*) character following the number sign (#) is interpreted as the character star (*) and not a two-second pause.

For  Desktop Client and My CallPilot, the letter p (upper or lower case) indicates a two-second pause.

The phoneset interface does not support entering pause characters.

The PSTN must be before any # character or the call cannot be dialed (M1 only).
