PRODUCT_LINE: CALLPILOT

The tool is used prior to upgrading from CallPilot 2.02, CallPilot 2.5, CallPilot 3.0 or CallPilot 4.0 to CallPilot 4.0.
With version 7,the tool has been designed to identify potential upgrade impacting problems 
while the CallPilot server is still in service, before the system upgrade begins. 
The areas that are targeted for validation are: the database, CallPilot software 
and hardware configuration.
