Problem Description
===================
Q01320934:
A potential problem has been identified within AppBuilder
that, if experienced, does not allow to login to AppBuilder.

Sometimes login to AppBuilder fails with the following error message:
"Server not available. Please check connection."

Q01345794:
A potential problem has been identified within AppBuilder that, 
if experienced, does not allow AppBuilder to open some restored
applications under some circumstances.

Error message appears when trying to open the restored application:
"The system could not update the list of imported applications on 
the server. Please check the connection to the server and try again."

Q01359293:
A potential problem has been identified within AppBuilder that, if experienced,
may result in crashing AppBuilder while importing voice or fax items.

Installing the PEP:
===================
Note: 

  - PEP CP404S03G02A contains version 04.04.04.05 of Application Builder.
    This Application Builder software obsoletes the previous version
    included in PEP CP404S02G05A.

  - How to check the version of Application Builder: 
      - When launching the Application Builder application,
        a logon screen appears, displaying the version of 
        CallPilot Build (currently 04.04.04.05).
      - After successful login, the Application Builder application opens.
        User can then click on Help Menu -> about application builder, 
        to get a window displaying the current version of Application Builder.

In order to install the PEP:
----------------------------
     - Launch the Application Builder installation program 
       (appbuilder.exe) to update to the newer version of the
       Application Builder software.
