Usage: ====== The tool must be run on a CallPilot Server before starting the upgrade to CallPilot 4.0. This version of the upgrade wizard and upgrade guide are in general release and apply to sites upgrading to the CallPilot 4.0 GA release (build 04.04.04.00). To install the CallPilot Upgrade Wizard: 1) Read the CallPilot 4.0 Upgrade and Platform Migration Guide (555-7101-207). 2) Run the self extracting CP404_UpgradeWizard_v07.exe. Files are extracted to the D:\temp\UpgradeWizard directory. 3) Install the wizard by running D:\temp\CP404_UpgradeWizard_v07\UpgradeWizardInstaller.exe. 4) Run the Upgrade Wizard from Start->Programs->CallPilot->Upgrade Wizard To uninstall the CallPilot Upgrade Wizard: 1) Ensure that the Upgrade Wizard is not running. 2) Launch the 'Add/Remove Programs' tool from the control panel (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs). 3) Select "CallPilot Upgrade Wizard" and click Remove.
