Problem Description: ======================= Q01324083: A potential problem has been identified within the OM (Operational Measurement) server that, if experienced, may cause connection from CallPilot Reporter to CallPilot Server to fail. CallPilot Reporter fails to connect to CallPilot Server if user was added and deleted while connection was lost. Q01307621: A potential problem has been identified within the OM (Operational Measurement) server that, if experienced, may result in Ring-No-Answer condition. CallPilot stopped answering calls with an Event ID 1 SQlany Fatal Error Memory Exhausted. The database run out of memory after the reporter lost connectivity. Application event logs 41001 and 41006 indicate failed OM pegs and writing to the database. 3. Installing the PEP: ====================== This PEP is intended to be installed on CallPilot 2.02 (2.01.27.05) servers that were installed with or upgraded to Service Update 5 (CP20127SU05S). *** Warning *** The PEP updates database structure. The changes are irreversible and they can not be rolled back. This PEP will work correctly with CallPilot Manager installed with or upgraded to version 04.04.04.08 using PEP CP404S02G04C or later. In order to install the PEP: ---------------------------- - Launch the runme.exe to start the installation of the PEP. The runme executable can be found in the PEP's root directory. - A reboot is required before the server can be brought back into service. The PEP update the DataBase stucture. This changes are irreversible and won't be rolled back. This PEP replace the following: ------------------------------- - CP202S05G08S - CP202S05G17S - CP202S05G20S The replaced PEPs will be automatically uninstalled when CP202S05G22S is installed Uninstall: ---------- Go to Start>Programs>CallPilot>System Utilities>PEP Maintenance Utility. Click Show PEPs. Select CP202S05G22S, and click Remove. The PEP will be unregistred in DMI-viewer. Reboot is required after uninstall.
