2. Problem Description:
=======================
A potential problem has been identified within the CallPilot Blue Call 
Router Service that, if experienced, may result in a Ring-No-Answer condition
under some circumstances.

A Ring-No-Answer condition (RNA) on T1 systems is caused by glare condition. 
Glare condition appears when SL100 places incoming call to a T1 channel and 
CallPilot places outgoing call to the same T1 channel at the same time. 
Both SL100 and CallPilot use idle channel queue to select idle line to place
new call. Recently used channels go the tail of the queue. Channels to place a call are taken
from the head of the queue. If SL100 and CallPilot make two calls at the same time, they
both take the channel from the head of the queue and glare appears.

4. How to install this PEP
==========================
This PEP is intended to be installed on CallPilot 2.50 (02.50.06.14) servers 
that were installed with or upgraded to Service Update 2 (CP25006SU02S).

This PEP uninstalls the following PEPs:
---------------------------------------

  - CP250S02G12S
  - CP250S02G21S

Those PEPs will be automatically uninstalled when CP250S02L22S is installed.

In order to install the PEP:
----------------------------
- Launch the runme.exe to start the installation of the PEP.
  The runme executable can be found in the PEP's root directory.
- A reboot is required before the server can be brought back into service.


Uninstall:
----------
Go to Start>Programs>CallPilot>System Utilities>PEP Maintenance 
Utility. Click Show PEPs.  Select CP250S02L22S and click Remove.

Reboot is required after uninstall.
