This package contains: 1. PEP Number: CP250S01G01S 2. Problem Description: ----------------------- Q00802006 Under heavy traffic, the CallPilot server collects large amount of Operating Measurements (OM) data. During the nightly audits, expired OM data is cleaned from the database. Under some scenarios there is not sufficient room in the database to efficiently clean out the expired OM data. This results in a prolonged time for the audits to complete and a slow down of the call processing while the system performs the audit. To improve the performance, additional head room is reserved in the database for the various audit routines that run on the CallPilot system. The headroom is being increased from 2-5% to 8-12%. Q00832333 OM audit causes the CallPilot Server to run out of virtual memory if the number of days to collect OM data is set to zero. Also if OM tables contain large amounts of data the OM Audit is slow. Q00895476 The clean up utility (nbomcu.exe) can hung up while trying to delete entries from the table NMOMTransfer. The utility can not remove the old files and continues to run using up system resources and slowing down the CallPilot response. Q00927092 Event 36027 sometimes provided misleading information (e.g. Database space has reached its maximum 100% capacity where in fact the database was only 10.84% full). This misleading event could have caused OM pegging to stop when the database size was only 10% full. 3.
