Q01360743: A potential problem has been identified within CallPilot Resource Package service that, if experienced, may result in fail of fax-on-demand featured AppBuilder application under heavy fax traffic with 58537, 58407, 55200, 58541, 55213, 58207, 58205, 38004, 44640, 40201 events logged. Q01364337: A potential problem has been identified with the CallPilot SLEE service that, if experienced, may result in RNA condition on individual ports. Q01374554: A potential problem has been identified within SLEE system that, if experienced, may result in impossibility to receive a fax message taking more then an hour to get transmitting. Q01379986: The event description for the events 58208 and 58223 should be updated. Q01388256: A potential problem has been identified within the CallPilot Resource Package that, if experienced, may lead to system wide RNA for both fax and voice calls with all DS-0 channels idle. Q01418725: A potential problem has been identified within the CallPilot Resource Package that, if experienced, may lead to intermittent disabling of some DSPs. Q01428821: A problem has been identified within the CallPilot SLEE Trace Viewer. The application event log gets flooded with minor 38003 events that can potentially result in performance degradation. How to install this PEP --------------------------- This PEP is intended to be installed on CallPilot 3.0 (build 03.03.06.02) server that were installed with or upgraded to Service Update 2 (CP30306SU02S) This PEP will work correctly with CallPilot Manager installed with or upgraded to version 04.04.04.13 or later. *** Warning *** The solution for Q01360743and Q01379986 requires CPManager/Reporter v. 04.04.04.17 or later. In order to install the PEP: - Launch the runme.exe to start the installation of the PEP. The runme executable can be found in the PEP's root directory. - A reboot is required before the server can be brought back into service. Uninstall: ---------- Go to Start>Programs>CallPilot>System Utilities>PEP Maintenance Utility. Click Show PEPs. Select CP303S02G05S and click Remove. Reboot is required after uninstall.
