This problem is due to a resource leak within the OS Kernel for Windows 95. This problem may be addressed by periodic reboot of the Windows 95 operating system (which reinitializes the availability of socket connections). ******************************* Operational Requirements: ******************************* To install and use the DKA program, certain requirements must be met: You must have an IBM PC or compatible computer running the Windows operating system on a Pentium (or equivalent) Class Processor. Approximately 5 MB free hard drive space for installation of the DKA program and, if desired, storage of keycodes. Microsoft Dial-up Networking software must be installed on the PC DKA must have been installed and the Dial-Up Networking client must have been created as described in the IODU/C Reference Guide. ****
