TARG / TGAR is enabled in LD 86 under ESN at the bottom. All routes have a TARG prompt and all extensions have a TGAR prompt. By default SINCE version 20.xx all of them are set to "1", but in LD 86, it's set to NO under ESN. This is done to prevent customers from dialing out using the routes ACOD. Once YES has been applied in LD 86 under ESN, all phones won't be able to dial out unless their TGAR has been changed to a different number, or the route has a different number. The main thing to remember here is that a route and extension with the same number will NOT be able to dial out!. Also any trunks in LD 14 will also have a default TGAR set to "1". I usually configure TGAR on trunks to "0"!. I hope this helps?.
