The Add Carrier wizard walks you through the steps for adding a new carrier. You configure carriers to store information about the public wireless carriers that you want to use. Carrier information is used to create SMS e-mail addresses from tracked listening information. New carriers are enabled by default.
You can configure the settings for the new carrier on its property sheet by right-clicking it in Sybase Central and choosing properties from the popup menu.
You can also add a Carrier using the ml_add_property stored procedure.
The Add Carrier wizard has the following components:
What is the name of the new carrier? Type a name for the new carrier.
What is the description of the new carrier? Optionally, you can type a description of the new carrier.
